Syrlabs operates this website and its early-access waitlist. We are developing a procurement intelligence service. This notice explains what we collect when you sign up, how we use it, and how to contact us about your information.

What we collect

To join the waitlist, we collect your email address, what you sell, the region where you want to win work, a record of your consent, and the example industry if you tell us it fits your business. If you choose to answer the optional questions, we also collect your target buyers, current ways of finding opportunities, selected challenges, interest in a research conversation, and any updated example-industry preference.

Please avoid including confidential customer information or sensitive personal information in free-text answers. We do not ask for account passwords or payment information.

How we use it

With your consent, we use your details to manage the waitlist, contact you about early access and relevant product research, and choose the markets and capabilities to cover first. Your optional answers help us understand what would be useful to your business. You can withdraw your consent by contacting us.

Who can access your information

We do not sell your information. Access is limited to the people operating Syrlabs and the service providers needed to host the website, store submissions and keep the service running. Our hosting providers may also process connection information to deliver and protect the website.

Service providers may process information in countries other than your own. To ask which providers we use or where information is processed, email wsjzs@hotmail.com.

Keeping and deleting information

We keep registration details and research answers while they are needed to run early access and develop the product. We remove them when they are no longer needed for those purposes, or when you request deletion, subject to any necessary legal retention.

Remembering your progress

Your browser temporarily remembers your signup progress so you can retry an interrupted submission or return to the optional questions in the same tab. We do not use this to track you across other websites. This saved progress normally clears when you close the tab, although your browser settings can affect how long it stays.

Your choices

You can skip the questionnaire and still join the waitlist. You can request a copy of your submitted information, correct it, withdraw consent for further contact, or ask us to delete it. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that already occurred.

We will update this page when our handling of information changes. The date above shows the latest update.
